The car is sold only after 100% of pre-payment.
All cars have insurance by CASKO and OSAGO.
The order can be abolished by the client with out payment of forfeit not more than before 4 hours of car’s presenting.
The client has to inform the executor not more than 4 hours before the beginning of the order about the time change, and the place of presenting.
The client doesn’t have any right to force the driver to breaking the traffic rules. The company can’t have a responsibility for the traffic jams, the police action, and different situation on the road along the car rout.
The company doesn’t have a responsibility for lost and left things in the car. At the end of the trip don’t forget to check the car please.
The client must compensate company’s expenses, connected with the car cleaning and keeping the saloon. Be neat with the rented car.
The company has a right to refuse in presenting of the car to any person without the explanation of the reason.

Leaving the border of Ukraine is prohibited!
